One of the most important jobs in a family hotel is putting smiles on the faces of our youngest guests. And over the years, the role of the mascot has evolved too. The cuddly animal characters of the past have transformed into equally charming robot personalities, perfectly in tune with the digital age. 2E-3000 takes centre stage, joining C00K13, CH1P, Z1P and BUFF3R to form the TUI Bots.

The TUI BOTs are joined by their on-board computer P1X3L, along with the mechanics Comet and Stargazer to help guide them on their adventures. Using their programmed attributes, the TUI BOTs can help the whole family have a great time by creating enriching moments throughout their holiday experience. Their attributes are: 2E-3000: friendship, C00K1e: strength, CH1P: humour, Z1P: play, BUFF3R: empathy.

On a mission

Every day in our TUI BLUE resorts, they are helping to spread good vibes. Whether that’s stopping by to say hello to guests, joining people in a cooking class or by bringing everyone together with some upbeat tunes and party dances on their Timepod Pool Party. You can also catch 2E-3000 and the TUI BOTs for their various missions. Whether they are off on an adventure exploring the Wild West or heading to the Amazon or even taking off to the colourful Candy Kingdom or the spectacular Supernova. They especially need everyone’s help to fill up the fuel tanks in order to get back home to the HQ tower.
