TUI Group is the world's leading tourism group - an integrated business that operates in all stages of the customer's holiday journey.
TUI delivers the full customer experience from inspiration and booking through the travel journey to the experience in the destination. TUI fulfils this through its own hotel and cruise brands, third party committed and non-committed accommodation as well as destination services, such as transfers and excursions. Hence, TUI sets themselves apart from component only players as we are able to enhance the customer experience throughout the holiday.
The integrated model allows to leverage the distribution power of source markets and to optimise customer volumes for own assets. At the same time, offering differentiated and controlled products, TUI drives demand in source markets and create entry barriers. Thus, TUI maximises yields while minimising risk with the integrated approach.

The TUI share has its primary listing in the Prime Standard at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and is included in the MDAX Index Series. Additionally, the TUI share is listed at the Hanover Stock Exchange and is admitted to the electronic trading system Xetra.

TUI shares being German securities were not available for trading directly on the London Stock Exchange. In this context TUI had issued a substitute called Depositary Interests (DIs) until 24 June 2024 instead. One Depositary Interest represented an entitlement to one TUI share.

Dividend
Following our significant operational progress and substantial improvements to our financial profile including the full hand-back of German state aid, we are pleased to announce our new shareholder return strategy.
Our enhanced financial strength now enables us to deliver meaningful returns to shareholders while maintaining the operational flexibility needed to capitalise on growth opportunities and to further improve leverage. This strategy represents a sustainable, long-term approach carefully designed to align with TUI's group structure, cash flow profile, and shareholder expectations.
The balanced approach demonstrates our confidence in the business and our commitment to creating sustainable value for all stakeholders. It marks our transformation into a more resilient, profitable, and shareholder-focused organisation.
For the financial year 2019 the Supervisory Board proposed a dividend of 0.54 per share at the Annual General Meeting 2020, which took place on 11 February 2020. The Shareholders confirmed the dividend.
In line with the credit terms of the bridge loan, the Supervisory Board did not propose a dividend for the financial years 2020 to 2024.
The ex-dividend date is the date after the AGM.
Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on 10 February 2026, shareholders holding shares at close of business on that date will receive dividend payment on 13 February 2026.
As a German stock corporation TUI AG is not permitted to pay interim dividends but may only distribute its dividends annually.
The date of the AGM is the last possible day to buy TUI shares with a dividend entitlement.

FY 2026 Guidance
- We expect revenue to increase by +2-4% (FY25: €24,179m)
- We expect underlying EBIT to increase by +7-10% driven by expectations for Summer 2026 (FY25: €1,413m)
Mid-Term Ambitions
We have a clear strategy to accelerate profitable growth by maximising the customer lifetime value and leveraging the synergies between both our business divisions. We are focused on creating a business which is more agile, more cost-efficient and achieving a higher speed to market with the aim to create additional shareholder value. We are well on track to deliver on our mid-term ambitions as follows:
- Generate underlying EBIT growth of c. 7-10% CAGR
- Target to improve net leverage2 to below 0.5x
- From FY26 onwards dividend payout ratio of 10-20% of underlying EPS3
