- A good splash of Irish creme coffee creamer
- A table spoon of cinnamon syrup
- A teaspoon of rum, brandy or chosen extract
- Large glass of iced coffee poured over ice
- Whipped cream and ground nutmeg and cinnamon shaken on the cream
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, coffee creamer, cinnamon syrup, alcohol extract and iced coffee. Shake well. Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Top with the whipped cream, nutmeg and cinnamon.
