Traditional pomegranate syrup

FOODBOOM expert Olaf leaves TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park to travel to an organic pomegranate plantation in Kayakoy. Together with Turkish farmer Ilknur, he makes his own pomegranate syrup, cutting, peeling, squeezing and crushing pomegranates in an impressive landscape immersed in nature. The fresh juice is then boiled down on an open fire to make the syrup.
