The tour through Turkey’s culinary delights with FOODBOOM starts at Sarigerme Bay. Together with Yavuz Zeyrek, Hotel Manager at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park, FOODBOOM reporter Olaf starts his discovery of Turkish cuisine trying meze, small appetizers. Three traditional Turkish dishes are prepared: eggplant salad, hummus and spicy pastry, rounded off by various cheese types with melon.
