Peter Krüger appointed as TUI Group Director of Investor Relations

Peter Krüger will take over as TUI Group Director of Investor Relations. Apart from dialogue with shareholders and analysts, Peter Krüger will also be in charge of strategic and financial projects launched by TUI Group as Director Investor Relations & Special Projects.

In joining TUI Group, Peter Krüger will be leaving Deutsche Bank, where he spent 13 years working in investment banking in Frankfurt, most recently as Managing Director. In his long-standing career in the banking sector, the 40-year-old was involved in a large number of mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt transactions for renowned international groups and financial investors.

A native of Würzburg, he studied at the universities of Nuremberg, Los Angeles and New York City, graduating in business administration with a focus on investment banking and capital markets.
