One family, for example, has been visiting the resort for eight years. Sema knows them so well that she can often anticipate what they would like to order before they even ask.

"I would never serve their coffee without a biscuit on the side because I know that small personal touches matter," Sema explains.

What touches her most is that the care and hospitality she offers are returned with the same warmth. Whenever this family travels from their home country, they bring thoughtful gifts for Sema's daughter and herself. "These gestures mean so much to me because they reflect the genuine connection we have built over the years," she says.
