Election Proposal A

Please find below the election proposal to be made available within the meaning of sections 126, 127 of the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz - AktG) regarding item 8 of the agenda of the virtual Annual General Meeting of TUI AG on 25 March 2021.

If you wish to support or reject the election proposal, please vote on the reply form sent together with the invitation letter to the AGM or via the AGM online service at the election proposal, i.e. under "A".

The right of the chairperson of the meeting to have the administration’s proposal put to the vote first remains unaffected. If the proposal of the administration is accepted with the necessary majority, the election proposal is considered to have been dealt with. As the election proposal may not be put to the vote if the administration's proposal achieves the required majority, please do not fail to tick your vote for agenda item 8 as well.
