RIU Hotels recognised by TUI UK & Ireland and TUI Nordic for the quality of its services

  • Five RIU Hotels are among the winners of a Northern Region Hotel Award, a distinction that recognises the effort and commitment of these hotels to exceed the expectations of their clients during their stay

Customers from the UK and Scandinavian countries who booked their holiday with the tour operator TUI have rewarded a total of five RIU hotels around the world with the Northern Region Hotel Award. The “Overall Winner” was the Riu Palace Las Americas (Cancun, Mexico). In addition, they awarded four more outstanding RIU hotels with a “Gold Medal”: the Riu Palace Jamaica (Montego Bay, Jamaica), the Riu Palace Tenerife (Tenerife, Spain), the Riu Palace Meloneras (Gran Canaria, Spain) and the Riu Monica hotel located in Nerja, Spain.

RIU has received these prestigious awards in recognition of its dedication to customer satisfaction. The awards are based on Thomson, First Choice and TUI Nordic customer´s satisfaction results. These are obtained from surveys, which are completed by customers after having stayed at the hotel within the year.
