TUI, one of the world’s leading tourism groups, is continuously expanding its leisure hotel footprint in Asia. This week, TUI Hotels & Resorts announces the opening of its first hotel in Cambodia and the launch of the TUI Suneo brand in China.
TUI Blue Sihanoukville marks the brand's first venture into Cambodia. Located along the coastline of the Gulf of Thailand, this new premium hotel invites lifestyle travellers to discover Cambodia's rapidly developing destination. The new hotel in Sihanoukville is located in the heart of the bustling city and near the beach. TUI Blue Sihanoukville features 189 spacious rooms and suites with innovative design, a fully-equipped gym and an outdoor swimming pool.
The group's first TUI Suneo hotel in China, TUI Suneo Shenzhen Manwan, is nestled in the Dapeng Bay New District of Shenzhen. The retreat offers guests a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty in one of China’s most vibrant cities. The hotel features 215 exquisitely designed rooms and suites as well as spacious outdoor facilities.

With the signing of three new projects this week, TUI Hotels & Resorts has 26 additional Asian hotels in the pipeline that will open in the coming years. The resorts will be developed in various appealing destinations for leisure travellers such as Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Maldives, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

The portfolio of TUI Hotels & Resorts today comprises 22 resorts in Asia. In addition to the current openings, three hotels have already been added to the portfolio this financial year: TUI Blue Maduzi Bangkok, TUI Blue Berawa in Bali and TUI Blue Guilian Watermark Promenade in China. Three more hotels in the trending holiday destination Vietnam as well as one each in China and Cambodia will follow by the end of September 2025.
