TUI UK has been recognised for its commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive workplace at the UnderOne 2025 Diversity and Inclusion Awards. These awards celebrate organisations and individuals driving meaningful change by embedding equity and inclusion into the core of their culture.
The business was named Wellbeing Champion Award Winner, recognising its holistic wellbeing strategy. TUI’s approach empowers colleagues to thrive through initiatives such as flexible working and comprehensive mental health support, including its employee assistance programme, which gives colleagues and immediate family access to free confidential, independent guidance on both everyday challenges and the less predictable crisis' which we can all face.
TUI UK was also named a finalist for the Diverse & Inclusive Company Culture Award, reflecting the company’s ‘Come As You Are’ approach, which highlights the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to TUI, which is shaped by colleague-led networks, inclusive policies, and powerful storytelling across the business.
