The 64th Annual General Meeting of TUI AG currently taking place was temporarily interrupted by technical problems. This was due to problems in the technical system of an external service provider. The external service provider worked at full speed to remedy the problems, so that the AGM was able to continue properly and without disruption in the early afternoon. We apologize to all TUI shareholders for the inconvenience caused.
