
TUI Hotels & Resorts has made a strong start to the summer expanding its global portfolio with seven hotel new openings across Europe, Asia and the Caribbean (see full list below). From premium beachfront resorts in the Mediterranean to leisure hotels in culturally rich urban destinations, the latest additions reflect the diversity of the Group’s brands and its continued focus on experience‑led hospitality.

The next opening is scheduled for August, when TUI Blue Han River in Vietnam will join the portfolio. The hotel features 125 rooms and offers an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant as well as a bar with a panoramic view over the iconic Han River. Several promising new projects are also underway, including Riu Palace Phuket, marking the brand’s debut in Thailand and The Mora Singapore, the brand’s first hotel in Asia. At the same time, TUI Suneo which offers excellent value for money continues to expand globally. TUI Hotels & Resorts announces eight upcoming hotels for its brand TUI Suneo. Opening this summer, TUI Suneo Danang in Vietnam will join the portfolio. In Cambodia, TUI Suneo will celebrate its debut in 2026 with the opening of TUI Suneo Olympia Phnom Penh. The brand will also be introduced in Malaysia for the first time: TUI Suneo Mont Kiara and TUI Suneo Langkawi are scheduled to open its doors in 2027. At the same time, the brand continues to grow in China, where the 250-room TUI Suneo Qinzhou will open in summer 2027. Europe is also contributing to the brand’s expansion, with new projects signed for TUI Suneo Compass in Varna, Bulgaria, TUI Suneo Torre de Sevilla in Spain and TUI Suneo Side in Türkiye, all planned to open in 2027.
