TUI’s dedicated Accessible Holidays Strategy team has worked tirelessly to enhance the travel experience for those with access needs. Through partnerships with AccessAble and Sign Live, TUI has developed detailed hotel accessibility guides and introduced interpreting services for British Sign Language users, helping to ensure that travel is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

The Responsible Travel Awards is run by the non-profit International Centre for Responsible Tourism Global, and the awards aim to showcase the benefits of tourism and inspire other firms to do the same.
