TUI UK&I
17 October 2024 – Marella Cruises, TUI’s UK cruise line, has announced that Marella Discovery will be an adult only ship for summer 2026 homeporting out of Limassol, Cyprus. On sale from October 17, 2024, guests can embark on these exclusive adult-only sailings to explore the stunning destinations of Cyprus, Greece, and Turkey.
Marella Discovery’s adult only sailings will have three itineraries all sailing round trips from Limassol: the ‘Grecian Discovery’ itinerary calling at Limassol, Cyprus, Piraeus, Greece, Thira, Santorini, Bodrum, Turkey, Heraklion, Crete, Rhodes Town, Rhodes and Limassol, Cyprus. The ‘Aegean Gems’ itinerary from Limassol, Cyprus to Souda, Crete, Piraeus, Greece, Izmir, Turkey, Mykonos, Mykonos, Rhodes Town and Limassol, Cyprus. As well as the ‘Aegean Delights’ from Limassol, Cyprus calling at Kos Town, Greece, Kusadasi, Turkey, Patmos, Greece, Marmaris, Turkey, Alanya, Turkey and Limassol, Cyprus.
Chris Hackney, Managing Director, Marella Cruises said: “This addition to the summer 2026 programme will allow customers who prefer an adult only ship a variety of itineraries to explore the sights of Greece, Cyprus and Turkey. We know from our research that three quarters of customers said adult only ships were important to them when making a booking. Given the popularity of the adult only ship, Marella Explorer 2, we hope this announcement will encourage even more new to cruise customers to sail with Marella Cruises in 2026.”
Marella Cruises offers its customers all-inclusive as standard with all tips and service charges included in the price so customers can enjoy an unrivalled level of service. Prices start from £1528 for the ‘Grecian Discovery’ summer 2026 itineraries which are available to book from Thursday 17th October 2024.
