With four children under the age of six, getting aboard has been a challenge for Emma and husband Ian and despite spending her days booking customers on their dream holidays, they have yet to take a family holiday to the sun. Until now.

As part of a TUI staff initiative regional sales manager, Jenny Curran, nominated Emma for a £2,000 holiday voucher reward, to say thanks for her hard work and to give the family a well-deserved break away.

And to make the moment super special Emma’s entire family made a surprise appearance at the Bexleyheath store to present her with her reward.

Emma couldn’t believe her eyes when all four children and husband walked into the store holding a huge cheque for £2,000. “We’ve never been on a proper family holiday; we’ve never been abroad the six of us”, she said.

“I was absolutely overwhelmed at winning”, she continued. “I never win anything! It felt amazing to find out that Jenny put me forward and that all my family were involved in the surprise. I was in shock when I was told. I’m so grateful to everyone involved and can’t wait to take my family on holiday.”
