
The TUI Global Hotel Awards is an annual award ceremony where TUI Group, on behalf of its more than 20 million guests worldwide, recognise and celebrate the hotels in its portfolio which have delivered outstanding service and quality during the past year.
Here is more information about the categories awarded at the TUI Global Hotel Awards 2026.
For the 2026 edition, we are excited to introduce new award categories, including several dedicated lifestyle categories and updated geographic areas. These additions reflect our commitment to showcase the evolving preferences of travellers, make the awards even more relevant and meaningful for our partners and mutual guests, and showcase the breadth of amazing experiences our hotel partners and their teams provide. By updating the award show, we aim to recognise a broader range of excellence across the hospitality industry, ensuring that outstanding achievements are properly highlighted.
There are 22 categories in total, 20 of which are based on the feedback given by our mutual guests. The winners are selected through careful evaluation of feedback provided by TUI hotel guests. Their opinions and assessments determine the honourees exclusively as the TUI Global Hotel Awards aims to reflect the satisfaction and acknowledgment of those who have directly experienced the service and quality delivered at each hotel.
The remaining two categories are based on careful evaluation by subject matter experts. This applies to the Sustainability Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
