The Residence is the first adults-only luxury resort of the TUI SENSATORI brand, specifically tailored to the needs and preferences of that target group. Couples, singles and solo travellers aged 16 plus can now spend their holidays at the new adults-only resort in Turkey. The exclusive new retreat of the luxury brand was built over the past few months in cooperation with TUI’s long-standing joint venture partner Barut.
A whole new level of luxury
The modern new building featuring 152 rooms offers a high level of exclusiveness and brings a whole new level of luxury to the TUI SENSATORI collection: luxurious, design-led interiors, a selection of culinary delicacies and the added benefit of being able to use all facilities at the neighbouring TUI SENSATORI Barut Resort Fethiye. Apart from the new reception and a private adults-only restaurant, the highlights of the luxury resort include the Lake House Suites. These suites offer the guests all-round services with a butler on hand, free-standing bath tubs, in-room bars stocked with wine and cocktail-making ingredients and an outdoor whirlpool or swim-up pool. The Residence at TUI SENSATORI Barut Fethiye thus provides comprehensive services for holidaymakers.
The Residence at TUI SENSATORI Barut Fethiye is situated on sand and shingle beach stretching over many kilometres, close to the port town of Fethiye in Turkey’s Muğla Province. With its numerous shopping and entertainment options, Fethiye is one of Turkey’s main tourist destinations. Overall, TUI Group operates 29 hotels in Turkey.
TUI SENSATORI is TUI’s international hotel concept catering for the premium segment, especially targeting couples and families. All resorts operate to five-star standard. With the exception of The Residence, all hotels provide special adults-only zones, spatially separated from areas catering for children. The portfolio currently comprises eleven luxury resorts in Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Mexico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and Spain. The luxury brand, originally established in the UK, also increasingly targets international guests.
