Priceline and Agoda users reward 14 RIU hotels

RIU Hotels & Resorts has received the “Priceline Agoda’s Customer Review Award”, which is presented by the online booking agencies Priceline and Agoda to hotels that have obtained the best guest reviews. RIU hotels in nine different countries have been honoured with this award: Aruba (1), Germany (1), Ireland (1), the Maldives (2), Mexico (4), Panama (1), Spain (1), Tanzania (1) and the United States (2).

The awards are based on reviews and comments written by guests and are presented to establishments with a score of eight or over. In this way, users can share their experiences and review their stay as a guide for future customers. This award recognises the efforts made by the staff of RIU hotels on a daily basis to offer a great service, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
