RIU Hotels receives 20 awards from HolidayCheck

The largest European travel community has awarded 20 RIU hotels, located in popular destinations in Spain, Morocco, Cape Verde, USA, Germany, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Maldives and Sri Lanka with the HolidayCheck Special Award 2021.

HolidayCheck, the largest European travel review website, has announced the winners of the 16th edition of the HolidayCheck Awards to those hotels that have received the highest user ratings. As the whole tourism industry has been facing unprecedented circumstances during 2020, the name of the award has been temporarily changed to HolidayCheck Special Award 2021. A total of 20 hotels of RIU Hotels & Resorts are among the winners of this award.

This accolade recognises the commitment and effort of the hotels to exceed the expectations of its customers with excellent facilities and impeccable service every day, something that is reflected in the many positive reviews. To be honoured with this prestigious award, hotels must have collected a minimum of 25 opinions from their customers during the past year and must have been recommended by at least 90% of their former customers. In addition, the hotel must not have violated the HolidayCheck code of conduct.
