RIU Hotels & Resorts recognised with 15 awards by Booking.com

  • The international hotel booking website has conferred its "Traveller Review Award" on 15 RIU hotels after they received excellent ratings from guests

RIU Hotels & Resorts has been awarded the Traveller Review Award 2020 bestowed by Booking.com, the global leader in online hotel reservations. To be a winner of the Traveller Review Awards, hotels need to have a review score between 8 and 10 as well as a review score calculated from a minimum of five reviews left by Booking.com guests. Each guest can rate the following categories: “Location”, “Cleanliness”, “Comfort”, “Value”, “Facilities”, and “Staff” and indicate a final, separate property score.

Among the award-winning establishments, six hotels belong to the Riu Plaza urban hotel line located in Panama, Mexico, Germany, the United States, Spain and Ireland and nine holiday hotels located in popular sun and beach destinations such as Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Zanzibar, Sri Lanka and Maldives.
