TUI AGM: Shareholders confirm dividend of 0.65 euros per share / Dr Dieter Zetsche elected to TUI AG’s Supervisory Board / All agenda items adopted by large majorities

Hanover, 13 February 2018. Today’s 59th ordinary Annual General Meeting of TUI AG held at TUI Arena, Expo Plaza, Hanover, was attended by 1,600 shareholders, shareholder representatives and guests. Attendance accounted for 73.03 per cent of the share capital (previous year 76.05 per cent). The shareholders ratified the actions of management of the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board for financial year 2017.

The Annual General Meeting also approved the proposal submitted by the Executive Board and Supervisory Board to distribute a dividend of 0.65 euros per share for the completed financial year 2017. Dr Dieter Zetsche was elected to the Supervisory Board for the first time with 96.68 per cent of the votes. All agenda items were adopted by large majorities. The Annual General Meeting closed at 4:40 p.m CET.
