Hanover, 14 February 2017. Today’s 58th ordinary Annual General Meeting of TUI AG held at TUI Arena, Expo Plaza, Hanover, was attended by 1,700 shareholders, shareholder representatives and guests. Attendance accounted for 76.05 per cent of the share capital (previous year 71.91 per cent). The shareholders ratified the acts of management of the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board for financial year 2015/16.

The Annual General Meeting also approved the proposal submitted by the Executive Board and Supervisory Board to distribute a dividend of 0.63 euros per share for the completed financial year 2015/16. All agenda items were adopted by large majorities.
