TUI AG (the “Company”) announces that it has been advised that Ms. Coline McConville, a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, has been appointed as a non-executive at 3i Group plc with effect from 1 November 2018.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).
