TUI Musement is a global Tours & Activities business that sources, develops, distributes and delivers transfers, multi-day tours and experiences, including excursions, activities and attraction tickets, in all key beach and city destinations around the world.
Our products are available in multiple languages and come either from trusted partners or are designed in-house by our expert teams. These include the TUI Musement experiences, built to bring travellers right to the heart of a destination. Created and delivered by in-destination teams, they combine local expertise with the backing of a global brand.
Customers can book easily through the TUI Musement website and app, with benefits such as free cancellation on most experiences and our Best Value Guarantee. Experiences are also available through TUI stores and our local teams in destination.
We also offer transfer services, with thousands of bus and private transfer options connecting hotels, airports and attractions worldwide.
As part of TUI Group, we want travel to support the places we visit. TUI Musement has developed a sustainability assessment process for individual experiences, based on the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Standard, and independently verified by RoyalCert. Our Green & Fair label highlights experiences that meet our assessment requirements, making it easier for you to choose experiences designed to protect the environment and benefit local communities.
