Our key strategic areas in HR are Engagement, Leadership, People Development, Organisational Effectiveness and HR Function Development. 15 strategic projects were initiated within the five key areas like oneShare, Employer Branding, Diversity@TUI, TUIgether or Global 360 to promote international experience and trust in TUI, harmonize the demands on their professional and private lives, attract talents and retain employees through attractive working conditions. We defined key performance indicators to measure the progress and success of these projects. For example, the TUIgether survey to measure the colleague engagement score.

We will achieve a colleague engagement score of over 80 – aligning us with the top 25 global companies – by 2020.
