ROBINSON offers a particularly communicative atmosphere. One of its core elements are the entertainers.

The Robinson premium club brand operates 23 resorts in 13 countries – all of which employ entertainers, the so-called “ROBINS”. In a laid-back, open atmosphere, they are close to the guests and ensure that every day in the club will be unforgettable. Overall, Robinson has more than 50 entertainment job profiles a. “Each year, we receive almost 8,000 applications for these jobs,” says Bärbel Schreck, Head of HR for ROBINSON Clubs. The TUI subsidiary currently employs around 250 staff in entertainment. They include the department managers in Events and Entertainment, employees in sports and entertainment, dance and choreography, costume and props, stage design and decoration, as well as DJs and event technicians. “All our ROBINS, no matter in which area they work, are perfect hosts. They are the heart and soul of each individual club,” says Bärbel Schreck.
