Innovation and differentiation are crucial growth levers for all TUI brands. The development of new product features and services is key to improve the product experience for our guests and increase our profitability. In order to strengthen the networking and collaboration between the hotel and cruise brands, TUI Group has set up a new format of regular creative workshops: the TUI Future Hotel Days.
Colleagues from the operational products and concepts of our hotel brands as well as from cruise lines took part at the second workshop in Germany. On the agenda: a hotel walking tour in Hamburg, workshops on guest personalization, technology and proximity, garnished with discussions on new ideas and projects. Key aspects were digitalization, individualization and design of our hotel concepts.
