TUI AGM: Shareholders confirm dividend of 0.72 euros per share / Joan Trían Riu elected to TUI AG’s Supervisory Board / All agenda items adopted by large majorities

Today’s 60th ordinary Annual General Meeting of TUI AG held at TUI Arena, Expo Plaza, Hanover, was attended by 1,270 shareholders, shareholder representatives and guests. Attendance accounted for 73.02 per cent of the share capital (previous year 73.03 per cent). The shareholders ratified the acts of management of the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board for financial year 2018.

The Annual General Meeting also approved the proposal submitted by the Executive Board and Supervisory Board to distribute a dividend of 0.72 euros per share for the completed financial year 2018. Joan Trían Riu was elected to the Supervisory Board for the first time with 92.38 per cent of the votes. Ms Carmen Riu Güell had declared her resignation from office with effect as of the close of the Annual General Meeting 2019. All agenda items were adopted by large majorities. The Annual General Meeting closed at 4:30 p.m CET.
