In cooperation with the n-tv broadcasting channel, the German Institute for Service Quality has presented this year’s German Fairness Awards to German companies. Around 50,000 customers had used an online panel to rate a total of 547 companies in 46 categories based on criteria playing a particularly important role for consumers in terms of fairness. The respondents taking part in the survey had been given the opportunity to rate one company each per category whose products they had used within the past twelve months. Customer satisfaction with the respective company was determined based on three performance features: price/performance ratio, reliability, and transparency. The final result: TUI Group is one of the top-scoring companies in the airlines and cruise operators (sea cruises) categories. Both TUI fly and TUI Cruises ranked among the top three fairest German companies. The awards show that TUI customers can expect to be treated fairly and the Group sets particular fairness standards within these areas.
