I Viaggi del Turchese becomes TUI Italia

  • Rebranding of Italian tour operator subsidiary highlights affiliation to TUI Group

I Viaggi del Turchese, TUI Group’s Italian tour operator subsidiary, will be rebranded TUI Italia. The brand migration takes place in the framework of TUI’s oneBrand campaign, under which all international brands of TUI’s subsidiaries have gradually been migrated to the master brand TUI since 2015.
I Viaggi del Turchese had already operated under the TUI brand in customer-facing transactions since 2016. The company will now be officially rebranded. TUI Italia, headquartered in Fidenza near Parma, employs 50 people and is reporting into TUI Suisse.

Marco Amos, Managing Director TUI Italia: “The rebranding of I Viaggi del Turchese as TUI Italia marks the completion of the logical brand concentration at the organisational level. For our employees in Italy, this move highlights the affiliation to the world’s leading tourism group. We also create a greater footprint in the Italian market and greater value for TUI Group“.

In Europe, TUI operates under a single master brand. The rebranding campaign was launched in 2015, starting with the large tour operator brands, followed by the migration of services and sub-brands to TUI.
