RIU obtains 27 “Loved by guests” awards granted by Hotels.com

  • One of the leading online booking sites, hotels.com, has recognised 27 RIU hotels with the “Loved by Guests” award, based on excellent guest reviews 

A total of 27 hotels of the RIU Hotels & Resorts chain have been awarded the “Loved by Guests” prize by hotels.com, one of the leading sites for online hotel booking. The awarded hotels are located in nine countries: Mexico (9), Spain (9), Jamaica (1), Panama (2), Costa Rica (1), Aruba (2), Germany (1), Ireland (1) and Sri Lanka (1).

The “Loved by Guests” awards are based on real guest reviews and experiences in these properties and are given to hotels that obtain a score overall guest rating of 8.0 and above. This prize proves the high level of guest satisfaction and recognises the daily effort of the chain and its entire team to offer high quality facilities and service.
