No fewer than 11 RIU Hotels & Resorts establishments this year received the Delta Vacations Quality Control Award. The annual awards named the Delta Vacations "Quality Assurance Awards", serve to recognise standards of quality and service offered by hotels to their shared customers.
Each year, the company honors qualifying hotels, destination management companies and rental car agencies in the United States and across the globe, out of more than 4,000 partners offered by Delta Vacations. This year, The 11 RIU resorts, nine located in Mexico, one in Jamaica and another in Panama, were among an elite group of 228 hotels, 22 destination management companies and four car rental companies that earned the award designation.
The 2017 "Quality Assurance Award" was earned by companies that partner with Delta Vacations and achieved the following criteria: 99% customer satisfaction, 99% product performance and a minimum of 100 bookings annually. Thanks to this result, RIU demonstrates the consistency of its hotel quality and service, and the high quality standards offered to customers.
