TUI Group focuses its growth roadmap on an expansion of its core brands in Hotels & Resorts, continually expanding its brands RIU, Robinson, TUI Blue and TUI Magic Life and its hotel concepts Sensimar, Sensatori and Family Life. Following last week’s announcement of the construction of the new TUI Blue Jadran in Croatia, three further hotels of the adults-only hotel concept TUI Sensimar will now follow so as to expand TUI’s hotel portfolio from the forthcoming Winter season: A newly built hotel in the Cape Verde Islands, the first TUI Sensimar in Mauritius, and a hotel in Lanzarote. The world’s number one tourism group thus continues its growth path and its transformation to a hotel and cruise group.
The four-star hotel TUI Sensimar Lagoon Mauritius will host its first guests from October. The resort features typical regional architecture, is located in the north of the island and offers 182 rooms. The five-star hotel TUI Sensimar Cabo Verde Resort & Spa will open in the island of Sal in December. It will be the first resort of the hotel concept in the Cape Verde Islands. The modern new building with 302 rooms is located on the southwestern shore of the island close to Santa Maria. Lanzarote will also feature the first Sensimar concept hotel soon. The four-star hotel TUI Sensimar Natura Palace is situated on the edge of Playa Blanca, overlooking the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. It has 269 rooms and will open in early November following partial refurbishment.
