TUI AG announces early redemption of €300 million Senior Bond 2016/2021

TUI AG has announced that it will redeem the outstanding Senior Bond (Oct 2016 - Oct 2021) of 300 million euros early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond. The redemption on 23 February 2021 will be made at the nominal amount plus accrued interest and a contractually agreed premium.

The repayment will be made from the funds already available from the capital increase approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 5 January 2021.

In accordance with the agreement on the loans granted by KfW in the framework of the three financing packages for TUI, the early redemption of the senior bond extends the maturities. The KfW loans from the stabilisation packages (totalling € 3.05 billion) will thus not mature until July 2022.

Detailed information on the early redemption is available on the Investor Relations website.
