Formation of Group Executive Committee for new TUI Group

  • Top leadership team meets for the first time in London today
  • Group Executive Committee responsible for the strategic and operational management

Following the completion of the merger between TUI AG and TUI Travel PLC the newly formed Group Executive Committee has met in London today for the first time. The Group Executive Committee will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the new TUI Group. With such a management structure the Group is in line with leading international companies.


The Group Executive Committee comprises the following members:
