Today, TUI AG has launched a EUR denominated senior bond issuance with maturity of 5 years. The transaction will price in the course of today. The proceeds are used for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of the outstanding EUR 300m 4.500% senior notes. The transaction is arranged by Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and SG CIB.
