TUI AG is planning a EUR denominated capital market transaction of intermediate maturity, and will therefore hold a credit investor call today. The timing of the transaction will be subject to market conditions. The proceeds are intended to be used for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of the outstanding EUR 300m 4.500% senior notes.
